    It's a chance to drop 2, on t8 that chance is 15%, on t10 it's 50%.

    Looking at the chart (the red bars) it seems quite strange, 2 players gives double the hp compared to single.

    But going to 3 or 4 players the increments are significantly smaller again.

    It's not weird at all.
    (% compared to patch 2.3 1p health)
    1p = 62.5% mob hp
    2p = 125% mob hp
    3p = 187.5% mob hp
    4p = 250% mob hp
    The increase between players is entirely linear, each extra player adds as much health as the last one did in terms of absolute percentage. So now it's just flat out 62.5% per player instead of starting at 100% and adding 50% for each player beyond the first.

    Personally I think the weird part is how they added this to grifts but nowhere else. Makes no sense to me.

    Though, the only reason to farm TX is to get more exp/leg drops. The most efficient torment level for farming is T8. For everything. Period.

    Nope, this used to be true and might still be for some classes but with decent+ gear (no need for amazing gear) on a DH the difference in speed between the two is minimal and the increased rewards more than make up for it, like way more.

    Yeah, just need to find a gilded baron on t10 and swap paragon points to gold along with goldskin and kymbo's gold, should net over 60m gold with no other gold find on gear.

    For which one is actually easiest Astrayon hit it right on the head. In a vacuum Avaritia is the easier one but because you have so many things done already on SC you're better off doing Years of War even if you have to level a char to 70 on HC anyway because you get no free set on HC if you've unlocked it on SC so you're gearing from scratch.

    You do realise the irony of saying that when you have no actual proof of being first, no? :D

    Not like d3 comes with an armoury function like wow where you can easily tell who was first to 100 or whatever.

    posted a message on season 5 journey rewards

    Chapter 1, 2, and 3 offer no rewards.

    Chapter 4 offers a portrait frame, a pet, and has set pieces for three individual objectives.

    Slayer, Champion, and Destroyer offer a portrait frame.

    Conqueror offers a portrait frame and permanently unlocks an extra stash tab on your account.

    Guardian just gives another portrait frame.

    Hmm, .. 2 hours 2 min sounds too good to be true, Most people solos records is around 3-4 hours.
    As you can see here, is a guy who did a lot of solo 1-70 on DH with testing kill streams massacre bonus, also testing rifting only etc.
    - LINK: http://imgur.com/rs0J9yq

    That guy is slow and the people you're talking about probably didn't practice it. 1-70 with proper kill streaking takes nowhere near 3 hours. Most people who want to be fast are so used to group levelling that they probably never gave the solo method the time it deserves to get good at it, 2h20m is more than possible, 2h flat (the 2h20m - 20m break) that the other guy claims is probably made up but your 2h19m is beatable using a solo strategy, it is just significantly harder than just running rifts. I'm not saying you weren't first, you might very well have been, I don't particularly care. I'm just saying that if you were it's because there weren't enough people gunning to be number 1 because this time is more than beatable solo, competition just isn't that fierce for it in this game.

    This might be derailing the discussion a bit, but... Anyone can point me to an existing thread or reddit post where the T10 in 4-3 minutes achievements are discussed? Possibly done solo XD

    I'd just go on the builds section here on Dfans and filter by whatever class you play and patch 2.4 then just look for something with "speed" in the name. the 4 minute clear is really easy as dh/wiz/wd/barb with a dedicated build, probably as crus/monk too but I don't have much experience with them this patch so I don't know for sure.

    Quote from GhostStryker

    Hi, I play a DH. What other class would be the easiest to give me the remaining 2 sets that I need to do to complete the Years of war? Thanks.

    Anything you know how to play will be trivial to complete it with thanks to the paragon levels and gems from your primary class. If you don't have any experience on any other class WD with a Helltooth Gargantuan build is pretty much autopilot and after that I'm sure you can manage one of the others without too much hassle.

    posted a message on Conquest The Thrill (Grift 45) without any set...?

    I'm not really convinced multishot is the way to go, seems easier to run Dawn+X with Greenstone's in the cube, gather up packs and then one-shot the world with a FoK once lightning rolls around on CoE. Even without sets the damage output is extremely good with Greenstone's. I did it with Multishot myself, paragon 400 with gems around 50, no ancient weapon. It was a chore though and I'm convinced it would have been easier with a good FoK setup but I just never got a second dawn (and the first one was horrible) and the first was already in the cube.

    It will be the easiest one unless you already have a second geared character ready to go for doing Years of War.

    if the text is orange it is to show that it's your most damaging hit so far I believe.

    1000M is 1B but the game doesn't change over to B until you have 10000M.

    Personally I disabled this new system and use the old one, it's much nicer!

    As a solo player I went with The Thrill, Avarice, and Years of War, in that order.

    I had terrible luck getting the good items I wanted for The Thrill on my DH and I just ended up going with my Yang's and associated quiver and a bunch of no-synergy legendaries. It wasn't easy but it wasn't that hard either, with a proper setup this one is easy. Unity combo is very good for toughness, follower relics can be upgraded in cube if you need the "can't die" relic.

    I had no luck at all with Barons so I went with the Ruins of Corvus strategy for Avarice that Bagstone outlined for you. With a rank 50 Boon gem and 9000% gold find on t10 I ended up with a 90 million gold streak so massive overkill right there. Remember to reassign your paragon points!

    Years of War is easy, it just takes time. With well levelled legendary gems it is pretty much a breeze. I did 4 sets on my DH and then the remaining two on my WD. I could do 55 right away after assembling the 6p bonuses so basically all you need is to get them because so much power carries over from your first character.

    Masters of the Universe is just a harder Years of War. Gear requirements are actually not that high for many of them, in many cases having good gear actually makes things harder (unless this changed a lot from the PTR anyway). You do however need to collect eight full sets and unless you're running with friends that will take some time. They rely a lot on strategy so unless you have prior experience from non-season I'd focus on the other conquests.

    Sprinter is just Kill Me Now if you run solo like I do xD
