After Diablo, and Diablo II we've killed Diablo on Earth (or whatever they call that planet) twice, and his brothers once. You can't do a storyline like that again.
So with that my idea is, There are four classes. Arch Angel (Barbarian), Priestess (Sorceress), Priest (Paladin), Angel (Amazoness), As you can see these are on the light side. After choosing one of the characters you arrive in Heaven with a grouping of people around a coffin. As you talk to these people, (Some of these people so uppset they refuse to talk), you learn the Arch Angel Tyreal has died in battle. Then after talking to a few others. You learn that after Diablo II the three Prime Evils have returned to Hell and started once again to wage war against the light side, and they're winning. Heaven itself is falling apart.

I'll continue to work on this. Right now I have no time.

This is possibly the non-funniest design ever.
