I didnt turn out like my parents; although slightly influenced, i was able to come to my own conclusions based on thinking...i like to think that other people are capable of the same thought

yes but you were not just influenced by your parents you were influenced by everyone and everything around you, and every conclusion you think of is based off of everything you've learned from the influence of others: independent thought and free will is there yes but like i said its everything you learned from your influences that gives you your base that you think from
and that is the reason he killed them: because he wasn't given the intelligence everyone else had grown up not because he is a bad person just because he happend to be born where he was (although in a way he is based on human invention on what is bad and what isn't)

You didn't ask why do angels appear in every culture and you also didn't fail to mention that divine beings do not appear in every culture also, the reason for that being exactly why angels, along with other divine beings, are not real and are just a figment of human imagination.
I love science, science is real, it is real because you can see that through out history, through out the world, people who have been objectively observing their surroundings, developing experiments and recording events have come to the same conclusions, this is true in almost every field of science like math, physics, astronomy, chemistry, biology, geology and many other fields.
In fact, if given the chance, meaning without the globalization of information we have today, and given that separated cultures became more technologically advanced over time, we would have continued to see different people getting the same results all over the world even if they didn't even know that other people at a different place were trying to do the same thing and arrived to the same conclusion.
Religion how ever is not like this, this can clearly be seen if one would simply open his eyes, all over the world different cloture has their own different divine beings, from serpentine dragons, to four armed elephants, to shapeless massless colorless “things”, even gods and other beings that are humanoid in form have very distinct differences such as god from China having yellow skins and tights diagonalized eyes or gods from Africa having black skin and huge mouths.
When you imagine an angel you think of a humanoid creature with feathers wings and an halo, but I'd assume that you can imagine both black and white skinned angels, something that your predecessors in middle ages Europe could not even grasp.
As to why different cultures invented their own religions with their own divine beings is a question which has a more psychological nature to it that I can afford to discuss right now since I really want to finish another segment of my site today.
To compliment that how can god judge people whether they can go to heaven or not? everything you are is by influence from other people take this for example; a man kills somebody: the reason he has killed someone is because others have beaten him and abused him when he was young.
had he been raised by catholics that teach this is wrong he would have never done that. therefore it is not him at fault it is the people who raised him. almost everything people are (I believe) is based on influence from everything around them therefore how can you judge anyone even criminals?
i've stayed up way too many nights thinking about this kinda stuff it really makes me go crazy i'm undecided now: agnostic, atheist, catholic but leaning away from catholic.
