Their customer support is friendly and excellent. I've had to deal with them a few times and all because of different instances, usually because of my own error. And I never have to call back because of the same problem. Honestly, Blizzard's customer support is in my top 5 best overall. Call them.

Neci I just read the whole thing as I help work on the site and I think this is worth saying that your story is hilarious and amazing, this is the kind of post that we really like and is already my favorite

I hope you don't mind if I post this snippet because I love this portion the most.

And I remember all the old friends I made. All the laughs at getting owned by Duriel in normal because of a lag spike. All of the times that I scammed, or got scammed. All of the people that I saw come and go, and even this summer when I played non stop for several weeks, reliving some of my favorite childhood memories.

Things I've Done:

Made a collage of my Diablo 3-less Blizzard accounts.
Eaten maple syrup and cool whip straight out of the containers due to anxiety.
Contemplated playing WoW, Warcraft III or Gears of War, only to come back to these forums and stay stuck on them.
Convinced myself I won't get into the beta
Listening to Force's videos
Sitting in my chair, rocking back and forth, murmuring "betas... betas... betas..."
