    You "should" at least clear GR 34. I and many others have rolled 12% ms on our boots and put those extra parapoints in dex.
    50 para points = 25% runspeed = 250 dex - you can roll 500 dex/vita on your item instead. general rule: reroll runspeed into something more useful like mainstat, 15% life, 100 all res, 595 armor
    Actually, 12% movement speed = 24points = 120dex. But the thing is, since on SWK monk you dont need a skill dmg on your boots, the best stats you can get there are 500dex, 500vit, 397armor, 12% movement speed, and 160 single resist (wich equals to 64 all resist + 160 of the resist you choose / got). The general rule is nice when youre comparing something like 12% movement speed vs 100 all resists, but in this case, the only other viable stat is life regen, wich is, in my opinion, worse than 120dex. And 595 armor / 15% life are not possible to roll on a regular pair of boots.

    If you are planning to keep running lightning WW, use lightning dmg/STR/VIT/CC reaper wraps instead of nemesis (change before you click on shrines, than change it again), Ring of Royal Grandeur (as H02X said, it gives you a lot of options), a lightning SoJ (or a STR/CC/CHD/1 other good stat, like vit or all res, if you dont have a SoJ), and an amulet with lightning dmg/STR/CHD/CC as jewerly. Since you have the RoRG, you can use 3 pieces IK for the full effect. A fast way to improve some of your dmg/toughness woul be using Shoulders / Helm or Armor from Aughilds, or dump the reapers wraps for shoulders / bracers, if you dont need the regen. If you use the aughilds bracers, you can change your IK boots for a good Blackthorne's boots, getting the 3-set bonus, wich is decent for a start. Its really important to get as much elemental dmg bonus and elite dmg bonus as possible, since they boost you eDPS way more than your sheet dps shows.

    Rerolls: Assuming that you didnt rerolled anything that have sockets, you should:

    1 - get 6% CC on your helm;

    2 - dump avalanche dmg on your chest armor for either earthquake or a survivability stat, wich i think is better (15% life or 11% elite dmg reduction, since you cant get all resists and +armor isnt that good on str chars);

    3 - get another Blackthornes pants (you need the 2 sockets and STR/VIT roll - alternatively you can dump Blackthornes all together for another crafted sets, like crimsoms, if you like cooldown reduction, or ashearas, if you like more toughness);

    4 - get lvl 200 ASAP, so you can get 25% move speed just from paragon lvls, then reroll move speed from your boots to VIT (or get blackthornes boots with the same stats plus vit);

    5 - reroll VIT into STR on Odyns Son;

    6 - reroll VIT into 10% dmg on Shard of Hate;

    7 - Get the other items as mencioned before. Aughilds shoulders with STR/VIT/All res/%Life, bracers (aughilds or reapers wraps) with %lighning/STR/VIT/CC, SoJ with %lighting/STR/CC or CHD/% elite dmg (or other ring with CC/CHD/STR/VIT or all res), RoRG with STR/IAS/CC/CHD (if perfect, if not, at least with STR/IAS/CC or CHD, wich is a normal rerolled RoRG), amulet with %lightning/STR/CC/CHD. The amulet can be anyone with those stats, but the ideal is to get one with an element imunity or a perfect Ess of Johan (in this case, keep the socket planning for patch 2.1), at least for now.

    Skill wise, you can keep the ones you use, but change CoTA to Together as One (lightning dmg and extra survivability). War Cry is a great choice too. On your passives, I strongly recommend Rampage, since its really easy to get full stacks (everything that dies while youre on the game counts as an stack, even if you dont kill it), and it gives you both toughness and dmg.Finally, try as much as possible to upgrade your gems.

    PS.: Sorry for any grammar problems, its not my first language - and its really late here.
    Edit: Took out IAS from optional affix in Ring and Cain set from alternative. PsykStrike have a point on the problems that affect IAS, at least for now, since it can become a good thing when the buffed Life on Hit comes to live servers. Just to clarify: IAS buffs your raw dmg, but just as any other channeling spell, it makes your WW consume more fury, wich can be bad, if you dont have a way to maintain fury because of it. If, on the other side, you have absolutely no problem with Fury management, IAS can still be considered as an upgrade, since you will hit more with WW, proc more both your weapons, buff a little your CoTA (not sure if with actual attack speed or with a dmg multiplier, like fetishes), and can regen more life with LoH - post 2.1.
