Are you sure you didn't get it and teach it to your Blacksmith already? Because I know if you teach the Machines plan to your Blacksmith, you will not be getting it as a drop again.

I believe Torment is 100% drop. I've gotten the plans on my first kill (always went for Act IV) twice since I re-copied my characters over last week. But yeah, I know in the focused feedback thread on the forum said 100% overall, but that's not including plans. Just organs and keys.

So, i went for T1 ACT IV and did some kills on KW, BUT, even with 5-6 tries, nothing dropped to me... Maybe i'm just unlucky, or i need to try higher levels of Torment, but i can't do it with my gear ... Thx again dude..
I don't think if i miswriten or you misreead it, but, i was mean THE INFERNAL MACHINE RECIPE, don't the HELLFIRE RING RECIPE... Thx anyway... Sorry for bad english!
Since blizzard make the drop of the keys 100%, i'm trying to farm the recipe for Infernal machine (Blizz said that EVERY KEYWARDEN CAN DROP IT) and i didn't have a SINGLE DROP of it, and it's making me very angry right now. Am i with a BAD RNG or the drop are meant to be VERYYYYY LOW ?
Even i'm not a hardcore player, i would like to test it. I don't get why blizzard increased the drop of the keys and everything, but the drop recipe it's almost impossible. And believe me, i did more than 50 kills on EACH Keywarden in every dificult till MASTER (Torment is hard to me right now)...
