With all the conduit or bust hate going out there, I thought I'd show some light at the end of the tunnel.
First ever try with a Tier 43 and I managed to pull out a win.
There's so many FC guides and builds out there with many many variations it's hard to generalize them all. So all I'd like to suggest as far as advice is really learn to abuse vile wards the best you can. Always always always make dragging packs into other packs a priority. Hitting the critical mass of mobs is really exciting to see them all explode. I know certain mobs have terrible hit boxes and certain tile sets can be a nightmare to travel. But learn the angles and learn to adjust. Don't be afraid to skip champ packs or bad affixes. The more distance you travel, the higher chance you'll hit the end of the rift, the higher chance you'll end up getting a pylon. Though in this case it didn't seem to require it.
Give yourself as much time for bosses as possible and never give up. Don't go in with the expectation of losing, even if the time runs out, think of all the gem upgrades you could get! All that aside I doubt you'll be able to get higher than 45 without conduit. But who knows with how much changes on a day to day basis.
The deaths at the end were pure inexperience with the difficulty as I didn't expect to be 1 shot. Learned my lesson fairly quickly and made it a very very close race.

you are lucky.. i made close to 30 so far.. let alone good ones not even one decent one.
not that i want drops buffed.. i'm not even actively farming anymore because of my crafting luck..
just complaining the bad rng inconsistency..Quote from piterek2003_newAmazing. Good for you I guess. 70 crafted amulets got me 1 avarage and 69 disenchants. I am paragon 507 and wasted so much time on that amulet, that it's ridiculous. I don't mind the grind, but one thing is annoying. When I'm going anything else, there is a chance sth cool will drop along the way. When I farm keys/do ubers I get pretty much no items and no XP. So i put all that hard work into 70 amulets and I got 0 reward.
When I try to complete a high level grift and fail at least I get some shards and bunch of items. When I do bounty I get a fair amount of drops along the way and good XP. When I speedrift...well I obviously get everything. See the difference? It's the only aspect of the game that yields nothing, but dissapointment.
Here is a little research I have made, I find it fine atm, really. The biggest problem was finding groups for ubers, and then everyone getting uneven organ drops. But after that was changed, and 100% chance to get one, it is really not that hard to craft them.
I would rather play rifts and gamble amulets now tbh, because I don't wear Hellfire amulet on any of my characters. It can't come close to Xephirian, Countess, or whatever elemental prevention amulet. I would even consider Compas Rose+Traveler before Hellfire. -

This game is nowhere near as buggy as it was. However, classes are not as badly balanced as you make it sound.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I pulled up the leaderboards for GRifts just to see how so horribly unbalanced this game is as you say. Well here is the results for top GRift achieved per class on non-seasonal soft-core.
WD: 41
DH: 43
SADER: 41
BARB: 43
WIZ: 42
MONK: 40
Looks pretty balanced to me. I'd like to see you make a multiplayer game which has 6 classes with 23*5 different abilities and 18 passives of which 4-5 are active at a time and get all of those classes to be within 5% of each other.
I'll give you a hint, it's a lot harder than you think - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

hello guys,
I've been trying to get the "the thrill" conquest at season with my wizard but I cannot decide how to do it,
has anyone completed it and can help?
I was thinking to similar to vyr build, with chantados, fazula, and mix the rest with captain crimson's and blackthorne.

a cosumeable which upgrades your legendaries to ancient legendary seems really nice.
and you can make that consumeable rare so that it won't unbalance the game.
most of us trow away good weapons just because they are not ancient.
