Sup guys, atm im running a full arcane build with frost nova and Diamond skin.
I was using diamond skin initially for ap reduction as im running a burst arcane torrent build, frost nova for crowd control and extra damage.
At the moment im running t3 with this build and im working around some toughness as im pretty squishy, actually it feels like a real glass cannon as i can burst elite packs in the mean time of frost nova most of time (unless some lightning+arcane+jailer dude rocks me before).
Paralysis - Stun = extra survive -> Synergy with magic weapon rune and Signature Spelll
Cold Blooded - Extra dmg to frozen or chilled -> Synergy Ice armor and Frost nova
Temporal Flux - Extra snare for survival -> Synergy with Death Blossom & Crystal Shell Rune
Skills:
Shock Pulse Power Affinity - Gain back that AP quickly when you run out and CC mobs with stun from paralysis
Death Blossom Cascade - This one could be really good for the aoe potential, power stones might be good too if you find yourself running out of AP.
Frost Nova Bone Shill - CC Survival and Extra dmg on mobs from both Bone Chill and Cold blooded = lots of burst potential.
Magic weapon Electrify - Boosts your dmg and the electric on all attacks can stun with paralysis. With cascade this could result in lots of stunning possibly, not sure
Ice Armor cyrstalize - Adds more chills, snares and frozens to benefit your cold blood, also adds significant armor for surviving. You could go with any armor here and I thought about a lightning armor with a chance to proc cascading lightning for more stun as well, but figured this would synergize very well and provide the survivability and more dmg potential.
Diamond Skin Diamond Shards - Extra survival and on shattering deals arcane dmg for snare (and I assume going arcane you have some +arcane dmg gear--otherwise crystalize might be a better option).
Sorry i think i was not clear, my build is working fine but i still need to tinker a bit to develop better.. as i run with some apoc i rarely run out of ap, just when dealing with single target for too long(i can burst half of bosses hp in seconds in t3 before ap starving)
Ah my misunderstanding. Well without temporal flux I'd take out the familiar. While he's probably providing you extra aoe trash dmg with your gear and setup it doesn't look like that would be a problem tbh. You could take teleport to get out of nasty situations or better yet you could take mirror image with either mocking demise for that aoe replacement dmg or mirrior mimics (which would be better probably). The mirror image would be great for your surviving as it would provide 2 extra targets and they would cast the spells that you cast which would result in more cc via frost novas etc. What torment are you playing on?

Also changed the rune of diamond skin for the additional damage as it can crit for 2.4m while the pack is frozen.

EU translation
Toughness = 100.000 x(T-level(1.12^T-level))
Examples.
T3 = 100,000 x (3 x (1.12^3) = 421,478.40 Toughness Score
T6 = 100.000 x (6 x (1.12^6) = 1.184.293,61 Toughness Score
For group play, I'll reduce 1.12 to 1.1 or 1.08, depending on the amount of CC and how good the tank is in the group.
