i am currently on mp7 and will need valuable input for my next upgrade to farm mp8 to 10 effectively.
What is the most effective gears upgrade i should go for to boost up my dps and survivability.
Definitely craft some gloves and ammys and try to get your crit dmg higher. First thing you should purchase is a new chans force because the average dmg on yours is way too low. Those things are just dps wise but that would be the best way of getting your dps up.
My recommendations for MP10 are somewhere around 200-250k dps and 87-89% mitigation, which means around 4k armor and 800-900 resists. Using crystal shell will make it work with lower but you lose out on a good 10-20% effective dps over using DS. 125k dps is fine for MP7, maybe even MP8 but you'll want more like 150-175k for MP9 to make it efficient. This assumes you use SA, which you do, and which every CMWW wizard should for solo farming.
It's going to be hard to reach high dps with the nats combo because of the very low dps on the boots. Since you're using Wormhole, you can swap to Ice climbers and trifecta ring. You'll gain dps, hp, and keep mitigation about the same but lose 3-6%CC, which will hurt your freezing strength a little so it's up to you if you want to do that.
If you really want to keep at the 2.73 breakpoint I'd consider swapping to an IAS wand instead of an OS. That could let you swap your ammy to a CC/CD one and drop your bracers for a crafted or rare pair. The downside is you'd have to upgrade your rare ring to a 9% IAS one and find a 1.79 APS wand, which can be hard to find or expensive. If you also upgraded your chest to 9% IAS you could use a 1.78 wand and keep at the 2.73 breakpoint.
If you want to drop a breakpoint, 2.5 works well for a lot of people for solo farming. That would let you make the same changes mentioned above with an IAS wand, which would let you gain quite a bit of dps and EHP. I really don't recommend running at 2.73 APS with an OS wand without high end gear, which includes a high end trifecta. You can look over my CMWW guide if you want more details about my recommendations for reaching the 2.5 or 2.73 breakpoints.
Otherwise, if you just want to upgrade some pieces and get some extra mitigation, chest and pants are good places. Just replace the extra roll with +armor rolls, so get AR+armor versions. I wouldn't pay for anything under 600 total armor for the pieces though, so you might have to be patient to find a good deal.
In terms of pure dps upgrade, your OH has a lot of room for more dps. I like the extra vit but sometimes you can get more dps out of one without higher int but with much higher average damage, so I'd check like 230 ave damage, 200+int, 50+vit and 250 ave damage with 50+vit and use a spreadsheet or dps calculator to see which gives you the best dps gains for your money.
EDIT: on a side note I really disagree with the suggestion of dropping IAS on gear and using slow time to reach the breakpoint. First off, if you want to use slow time, you're much better off using Time Warp for 20% dps, so you're basically losing 20% dps to reach that breakpoint. It's much easier to gear for the extra IAS then to raise dps by 20%. Second, for solo play wormhole is arguably more useful then slow time, and in this case the OP is using wormhole. Swapping teleport for slow time changes game play significantly. It also limits gearing to some degrees in that dropping movement speed from gear is much more noticable without teleport but hardly makes a difference with teleport.
I think your HP are way too low. some folks would disagree but I think 40k AT LEAST, along with high mitigation, is needed for mp10 unless you're super sadomasochistic and find pleasure in dying all the time. personally I'd aim for 50k.
as loroese said 4k armor and 800+ all resist is a good benchmark concerning mitigation. as far as making up for lower values, in your case raising LoH would be a good first step as both your LoH sources are pretty low. the more LoH, the more you can get away with lower armor/all resist.
it's also worth mentioning that diamond shards adds a lot of DPS only vs many targets, even more so than shocking aspect.. so if you can clear big trash mobs easily (or easily enough -- dps is a different issue) and only die vs fewer targets or elite (unless you skip them), then switching to crystal shell is a perfectly viable option, and imo really underrated to make up for survivability issues as the DPS loss in many cases is smaller than the DPS loss by switching to more defensive equipment.
as an example, in my case, shards gives me around 20% of my DPS vs 10 targets, but only 8% vs single target -- and few strong monsters are the only problem you run into anyway. I'm using DS, but crystal shell would definitely be the first thing I'd switch to if I felt I needed more survivabiltiy.
good point you have here. i have problem with survivabiltiy wih DS on mp7, that why i change to crystal shell which enable me to farm mp7 and even mp8.. i will try to up my hp to at least 35k or hopefully 40k with the next upgrade i have.

i have problem finding an affordable tal chest with AR bonus!. those are like 50 million up in the market.

hi Loroese, great to see u in here again. first of all, many thanks for the upgrade tips u have for me the previous round and i was able to get to mp7.
i might go along with your suggestion to drop my aps to 2.5 and use that to replace my lacuni with rare bracer to up my AR, HP and CHC first.
after that i can replace my nat ring and boots without losing too much CHC and get an ice climber to boost my dps and hp as well as rare ring which can further increase my loh.
finding a better OH might be difficult though, especially fs9 has highlighted on my low hp and i really need the OH to have as much vit as possible.
I totally agree with the DS vs shell issues mentioned. If survivability is an issue with DS, feel free to run shell. Otherwise you can lower the MP and DS should be fine. Ideally you want to try to gear to use DS but that's not always easy or cheap but as long as you're using SA then shell is fine.
Regarding your OH, I wasn't saying to drop vit, rather I was saying you can probably gain a lot of dps with a new OH, even if it doesn't have 200+int. My OH is a good example. I was looking over 250+int OHs and found a better value with the one I got since I got higher average damage to give more dps than the higher int one. I still got vit and the extra str is just an added bonus.
Finding a good price on a tal's chest can be tough but for a high AR+armor roll 50mil is about where the price will end up starting for 600+ total armor and 60-70+AR. If that's above your budget or you prefer putting your money into upgrading dps, that's your call.
this is my upgrade after replacing 6 items from it.
i was able to farm mp10 but it takes some time to kill. so dont think im ready for it yet.
But i was able to farm mp8 and mp9 now, though it still seems better using crystal shell instead of DS.
i was unable to find a loh ring to increase my life on hit, but i upgraded the storm crow and Black throne to make up for it.
other than the OH which i will try to find a better avg damage, is there anything which i should go an upgrade next?
Trifecta rings, Ammy with higher CD and int, maybe with average damage and vit, and work on crafting a pair of better bracers.
If you dont mind dropping the vit on your shoulders you can get some high str, high int VW for very cheap. I have a pair with like 260-270 int, 150+str that I've been trying to sell for under 10 mil, if you want an idea of how cheap they are without vit. The extra strength will add more armor which will make it less painful if you have to drop it from your ammy or ring to upgrade, or you can just use it to gain a bit more mitigation.
Otherwise your defensive stats are pretty decent. The only ways to add AR that I see are on your jewelery and/or gloves, which tends to be pretty expensive. If you want to run MP10 with DS you will eventually need to get another 100 resists or so or another 500-800 armor. Your chest and pants are the best places to get more armor since they have high potential rolls but it's not cheap. I'd expect you should be fine running with DS on MP8-9, though there's nothing wrong with running shell instead to make life easier.
