I am 100% lost on where to go from here now my build I have been playing around with so may not be the best been changing looking for something new to do as I was just blizz kitting and for my dps it was kinda wasting time. Now I am wanting to brake that 100K DPS mark but don't even know where to look. I have 27 mill right now and that's not alot but I should be able to pick up some more DPS somewhere if I really understood where to be looking.
This is the first diablo game I have played and think I have done pretty well to get to this point in gear but I dont want to drop 15 mill on 2k DPS increase think thats kinda a waste but maybe that is where I am at gear wise not sure. I also have about 800 all res and 40K health not sure if i should give any of that up. Anyways just looking for a higher end wiz that maybe able to give me some pointers on where to look and all that.

Vile Ward and Witching hour = huge boost (especially witching hour)
Get Crit added to your rings and necklace (super expensive but again, huge boosts.) You want crit, crit damage, and as.
There's your best start.
EDIT:
If you are looking at a weapon upgrade, get one with high (>70%) crit damage with a socket and high intellect. You could probably get a 900 DPS weapon with those parameters for about 2mil and have it be a huge upgrade.
I know for me the biggest gain was to dump my source and go for a two hander. I went with a high Int Skorn with over 180 crit dam and then dropped a gem in the socket for an aditional 90. I gained 24k in DPS on that swap alone. Crit dam and chance will give you some huge gain as well as higher Int on your gear.
I'm not quite as well geared as you but I have a very good understanding of theorycrafting, especially when it comes to dps. There are a couple things that stand out. Most of my suggestions have already been mentioned though.
1) You have a fair amount of crit damage % but are missing crit % on amulet and rings, as others have said. Either dropping some crit damage for extra crit or getting items with all 3 should give a dps boost.
2) Your weapon only has 1 source of crit, the socket. The int is good, the dps is good, but you could do well with a weapon with those plus static crit damage%, as Vlad said above. Also, if possible, look for one with only physical damage. The reason is that arguably the best wizard OH as of now is the Triumvirate which gives up to +18% bonus damage as elemental. The catch is this damage is based on your total minumum physical damage, so if your weapon has bonus elemental damage, like how your current weapon has a lot of +poison damage, the bonus will be significantly less. Alternatively you could try getting a Skorn with Int (and I'd look for Life Steal since it is amazing for high dps Archon builds) or some other high end 2h with high crit damage (preferably 150%+) and int (and a socket if you have the cash or can find a good enough deal on one).
3) If you get a new 1h and want to keep the 1h+OH, try picking up a Triumverate or however it's spelled for your OH. The bonus elemental damage can easily add several thousand dps, even if you can't get one with high bonus physical damage. While the total physical damage is important for such an OH, the minumum damage is very important because that is what the bonus elemental damage is based off so I'd recommend making sure to grab something with at least +100 min damage, even if the damage range is only like 100-200 or something due to high prices of higher damage OHs. Another way to look at it is I'd take a 100-200 over a 50-250 because it will give more dps whereas without the bonus elemental damage affix the two would be the same. Either way I recommend using a spreadsheet and the one posted in the wizard forums here works with that bonus elemental physical damage, which I know because it's my spreadsheet.
Overall I'd say play around with a spreadsheet a bit to see where you can get the best dps upgrade for your cash. I suspect it would be your weapon and OH, especially if you can maybe find a cheap ring/amulet with a bit of crit, even if you have to sacrifice crit damage. Spreadsheet that too though. Remember, the more crit you have, the better crit damage is, meaning double crit weapons begin looking much more appealing when you have 40% or more crit%.

You have no crit hit chance on either ring or amulet
That's it really.
Shoot for all 3. Also if you can get an intelligence boost on them that helps too.
