I just got a decently rolled COE (48CD,4.5CC,socket, 182%) and was wondering would it work with Tal build? If so which one should be subbed out, unity or HoA?
My build consists of electrocute (sop), blizzard(frozen solid), hydra(mm) and teleport(calamity). As you may have noticed that it lacks consistent Arcane damage output, would that make COE less viable?
Personally I don't see much of a use for convention. If I want to survive, I'm going to use unity/arlyse. If I want damage, I'm going to use focus/restraint.
The thing is, when rotating through your elements it is a huge damage boost to the meteors of that element, as well as to the meteor you are actually using to cast and your primary skill. I think it's good, but I don't think it is BIS. Someone will have to run numbers, if you are diligent about knowing which element is getting boosted at which times, it can be quite powerful pretty consistently.

it's definitely viable. you could use one defensive gem to compensate. 200% is too good
