It's really bad at higher monster power levels. I'm farming 5 pretty efficiently until I run into a reflect pack. I bought a real cheap manajuma's (leech), it lowers my damage significantly and I still die to reflect, just not quite as quickly... 1-3 deaths and I can kill a pack.
There's got to be a better way, this is ridiculous. Anyone managing? How?
Well, I found a temporary solution. For 150k gold I was able to get a 1100+ dps 2hander with 5.9% life leech, 150+ crit dmg and some int (I avoided sockets, I'm not buying a gem for a temporary solution). It lowers my damage and casting speed considerably, and so I have to be very careful when using it, but the higher leech does negate reflect for me. The lower leech on the 1hand manajuma's (3% or under) wasn't nearly enough.
This is a comical solution though. Reflect is very common and it's silly to have to swap gear for half the elite pack I come across. Didn't Blizzard specifically make the magic find chanegs so that we wouldn't have to swap gear? Why are they backtracking now?
On my wiz I am having the same problem. It's ridiculous. Blizz does realize that Iron Maiden in chaos sanctuary in D2 was the MOST ANNOYING part of the game. So they decided, lets put an Iron Maiden equivalent on every other elite pack in every act. It's kinda silly and a huge pain in the ass
I'm dying to any reflect mob, it can even happen on MP3 (my common mp to farm paragon). When i'm doing uber runs, mp7-8 and we farm stacks, then it can be nonstop corpse run due to elites has 100+kk hp (talking about reflect mobs). I feel like crap realy...
Atm i'm trying to get amulet 100+int/vit, 800+loh, cc/chd and see what happens. Gonna change it for reflect mobs, i hope it helps. Other wise i don't know.
Have you played on mp6/7/8++ ?
In 4man party some small skelly has 10-20kk HP. So yeah, lure elite pack into pack of white skellys is insta death for you
1500+ LoH, Acid Rain and Rain of Toads build -- reflect damage doesn't phase me that much. I'm pretty sure I have some footage of reflects damage packs (as well as other types) in my infernal machine key farm videos -- see signature.

i had troubles with reflect damage mobs too (MP7)....I was dealing with them by using RoT with 850 LoH (which is pretty good at negating the reflect damage, but it takes so freaking long.)
So i decided try another tactic. (I'm mainly a bear WD)
And i found a pretty decent way to deal with it.
I used Spirit Barrage with Phlebotomize. That 3% life back on damage is a godsend. It usually heals me for like 1500 Non-crit, and reflect damage usually deal like 2000. So it's pretty much negated...
However, that is not enough. You also need to be able to sustain your health pool. RoT was my old way to sustain my health pool, but it was doing poorly against single target (and freaking low damage).
Phlebotomize spirit barrage heals spike when i crit (ranges to 3000-6000 life). It's not as good as RoT w/ LoH in groups, but it's better on single target.
And i dont even have any gears that have life leech....I'll bet if I invest in life leech, (2 hander a waste imo, go 1h/mojo!), I will be able to do MP10 reflect damage mobs

This is what I started to do as well. It takes a lot longer to kill things using spirit barrage compared to bears though... I really hate it. I hope they rebalance or remove reflects damage in the future, it's not a fun affix.
