This is just too epic. With vision quest I'm guessing this is going to be viable, if not, you can change "Pierce the Veil" with something else, and while solo-playing can replace Bad Medicine with Jungle Fortitude.
pretty much every ability helps summon doggies and will allow you to sacrifice often knowing youll get more dogs with ease. The reason why fetish ambush is chosen is so its cast at the exact same time as Big Bad Voodoo w/Boogieman rune. The frontloaded damage of Ambush will kickstart mobs dieing quickly in order to produce dogs from Boogieman asap.
Bruiser Garg + Snake to the Face Dart = more stuns.
Yeah, kinda funny seeing that most of the skills you have selected wont be available until you've nearly finished normal mode. What are you going to do before your build is completed at level 56 (hell mode)? Some of the unruned skills should work well enough but methinks this is overkill, summon-wise. Unless this is either pure flavor, or troll.

Base mana regen = 20
The best mana regen on WD specific items is 14 per item. There are 3 WD specific items, which could yield 42 mana regen just from gear.
Vision Quest Quadruples your mana regen
62 * 4 = 248 mana, which is more than enough to spam your most expensive spells infinitely.
Now compare that to say, spiritual attunement.
Maybe +250 max mana and 14 mana regen
Its absolutely no comparison, so maybe vision quest only works with natural regen?

I did play beta and I don't think you'll need one with decent gear that gives mana per second, and with vision quest (+300% mana regen is.. SICK).
