it might work in late hell and inferno but probably not,
well the idea is to use the zombie dogs for massive damage with sacrifice.
But how to get past that nasty 60 second CD of spawning zombie dogs?
well for starters the passives Circle of life, and grave injustice. The only problem is that the WD needs to be close enough, to fix that stack Pickup radius items.
Itemsstats: Pickup radius, intellect, WD+ damage. weapon: The weapon with the highest base damage you can find.
Now to the skills. http://eu.battle.net...YjQd!adT!YZcZcY Summon Zombie Dogs- Whatever rune, Well just to get the explosions started. (will probably pick Leeching Beasts as rune) Soul Harvest - Whatever rune, what WD build is without this one boosts everything (will probably pick Soul to waste as rune) Big Bad Voodoo - Boogie man, Drop it down for some extra zombie dog action inside its radius. Mass Confusion - Devolution, well hopefully kills will spawn more dogs for you to explode Sacrifice - Next of Kin, This will be the main nuke of the build, and hopefully with some good luck you can have some good respawn rates so that you can keep exploding em.
So if everything goes as planed you will kill the pack of before you run out of zombie dogs, well just in case you want to follow the Theme of the build with Zombie Charger - Explosive Beast, now you will have unlimited zombie dogs to at your disposal.
order to cast spell, Summon Zombie Dogs > Soul harvest, Mass Confusion, big bad voodoo > Sacrifice
if my calculations are correct you will have up to 140% chance for every killed Mob to spawn a new zombie dog, only drawback is that if the first explosion don’t kill any mobs you are out of luck until zombie dog CD is off again. Also this build, requires you to have some items with pickup radius the more the better.
Some alterations to maybe make this more viable is to replace one of your passive skills with vision quest to be able to gain alot of more mana to spam zombie charger. You might also want to replace Soul Harvest for some other long CD spell, If you don’t want to keep pressing it in the heat of battle. My picks would be Gargantuan - bruiser.
So cons on replacing what passive with vision quest. Circle of life, will lower your zombie dog regeneration in between big packs. Zombie herder, will only let you have 3 dogs at a time instead of 4 this will lower your burst and lower the chances of big explosion streaks, also Gargantuan will lose some life. Grave injustice, this will help you reset your cooldowns faster for your next big pack + it heals health and mana.
i would probably replace circle of life with vision quest for the reason that once once you start exploding things inside your big bad voodoo area you will need to up the cap on your dogs rather then have 5% chance to randomly spawn a dog.
so the build would end up like this and hopefully it will let you spam zombie charger indefinitely in-between zombie dog CDs http://eu.battle.net...YjQT!UdT!YZcZcc

If you start having troubles with staying alive, I'd add Gargantuan. At least you'll have something to tank for you when your dogs are down. He'll get 20% health from your passive as well. Another option would be Grasp of the Dead. I'd probably replace soul harvest but it's up to you. You'll do doing plenty of damage with this build even without soul harvest. It's worth it to gain a bit more survivability imo.
//edit: Final Gift would probably be a good rune for zombie dogs in this case. They'll be dying a lot so getting more health globes will help you stay alive.
I get the feeling you will be fighting monsters more often than 60secs at a time. Isnt that the main problem of this build?
Probably, i dont even think the first explotion will knock out any mobs even, dunno. if you get a slow as 2-hander with insane damage (voodoo dolls with +wd damage might be better who knows) but a weapon with as high base damage as possible atleast to make sure atleast 1 mob dies from the first set of explotions.

I dont think that sacrifice is the dogs damage, but who knows. final gift is a possibility, but i picked leeching, just to make sure that the dogs keep alive until i can explode em. also it will heal the WD abit.

Updated, it a bit. added a possible alternativ build to make it semi viable in party play, biggest drawback is that it dont have any oh, shit defensive abilitys.

This lets you spawn zombie dogs at a 50% chance during the voodoo.
Now is just the problem if nothing dies in the initial blast, you are pretty screwed
