Recently when I load up Diablo 3 everything is fine until Log in with a character I feel like the game is running in slow-motion. I'm sitting at 60FPS all the time, It's just all slow-motion. Making everything hard to accomplish. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. Hopefully someone knows of a fix. I have also had this same problem with League of Legends.

With a relatively small SSD like that, and a shit ton of RAM I would make sure your swap file is turn off entirely. What are you sitting at for free hard drive space? SSD's can really slow down when they get full, and of course that problem could be compounded if your system is swapping memory into a virtual page file on an already slow drive.
It would also be worth watching your processor usage while running the game. Maybe there is something stealing cycles away from D3.

Nvidia 580 GTX 1536 MB RAM.
Intel i7 Quad Core, 3.2 GHZ
16 Gig DDR3 1600 Ram.
64 Gig SSD.
I should not be lagging at all.
