I've seen a huge rise of tech support related questions popping up in the D3 general forum now, and with the release closed beta they are bound to multiply even more.
So my suggestion is to separate these threads and put them in a new forum called "Diablo 3 Technical Support" or something similar. This way you can keep stickies of normal problems that people with tech issues can find easily and you also separate those questions from the general Diablo 3 discussion forum which I think should be containing more gameplay oriented threads.
While I understand that people are having more problems than they should have because this is still only the leaked beta client I do think such a forum would be good to have even post release.
Omg I had to post in this to say I love you for suggesting this.
I was about to make a thread yesterday saying "MEGA PROBLEM/CAN I RUN THIS THREAD (with the caps! (not really))" but didnt; figured half the people wouldn't bother to read that thread, I Dont know why a whole subforum didnt come to mind. Great idea!
