I know we have the number of posts under our avatars, but what if they were called "Official Posts" and we have something called "Unofficial Posts" that were added? Official would not count spam forum posts, but the Unofficial would. Can we have this as I am very curious as to how many spam posts I have.

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

Your post count excludes posts posted in the Spam forum and any of its subforums and the Introduction forum.
Bah! You beat me to it. Yea, your actual count does not reflect those that have contributed to spam threads.
Besides, post count doesn't mean a thing. They don't say anything about you other than you've been here a while, and you don't really get anything for it. I've seen many with high post count be treated like idiots. I've seen many more just try to get a high post count because they believed it would make them more admired or better respected even though they were douchebags.
I myself have a high one (I don't even know my number) but don't treat me any different because of it. Respect me, I'll respect you, and that's pretty much how forums are supposed to work.
o well i dont see why post in spam forum...can u like transfer threads into other topics? like if its spam thread in general discussion you can move it to spam topic? or you will probably just close the thread lol
The spam forum is basically just reserved for pointless forum games (like "Rate the Signature Above You", etc.) is generally more lax with the topic relevance. Things like double-posting are not taken seriously in the Spam forum.

Why yes, we most certainly can. If a thread is in a post-counting forum like, say, General Discussion, and it's moved to Spam, then all the posts in that thread will no longer count in anyone's post counts.
If a thread is moved from Spam to any post-counting forum, the posts inside will count towards the total post count of anyone who posted in it.
or you will probably just close the thread lol
It depends on the staff member and the situation. I traditionally close (not delete) threads that violate any rule besides spam but move spam-oriented threads to the Spam forum.
I think that the method Phrozen explained only counts the number of different threads you posted in, not the actual number of posts you did in all threads.
Because It just returned 8 threads for me, that's where I posted. But there's 1 of them where I posted a lot more than 8 posts

If you can't amaze people with your intelligence, confuse them with your bullshit.
Well, regardless, Spam forum posts do not count
