Well, here is the official thread to describe your feelings about Blizzard Entertainment acquiring Diablo3.com.
Do you feel that is is great news? Or do you feel it is overrated?
To be honest, I think Blizzard finally acquired Diablo3.com for a reason. Why did they wait so long before getting it? They acquired all the other Diablo3 domains in the past - why did they finally NEED to acquire this one? I think there is very good reason behind this.
Blizzard Entertainment will annouce Diablo III in June, and will need a Diablo III homepage. They were pressed for time - and finally needed to grab the site. I think this is bigger news than what many people think! I think two months prior to the annoucement will allow plenty of time for their web designers to get the pre-site organized and ready to transfer to the Diablo3 domains.
Chins up for those that are disappointed!
Round of applause for mockery, Umaro, Medievaldragon, and everyone else that make this a suspenseful countdown.
Let's see if we can keep the IRC chat up and running! It was a good way to quickly interact with everyone!
I knew this was going to be it, I chose "It's ok" because I'm pretty sure its going to be announced on th 29th, so any news disregarding the announcement up until then will be immune to me.
I am happy with the news. The website looks great, Blizzard finally took diablo3.com (to me, that means something), and we can see that we were not completely forgotten by Umaro.
Its great news. Im almost certain thats its going to be announced June 29th now. I basically knew that the announcement was going to be this, but regardless im extremely happy.
im really annoyed, was expecting something bigger. whatever....
speedvision is better the text is too small on the other 1
what happend to the hot threads on the homepage?
... no way this site is going to crash, dumb announcment
but whatever im still amped up for WWI
sleep time!

DIABLO = DEVIL its not supposed to be a nice game autostats are rediclous lack of pots is not welcome if it aint broke dont fix it! (diablo2)
It's ok. I don't get myself hyped up and untill I have the game in my hands (Which hopefully will be soon) I don't plan on getting hyped up. (Not to say I don't want it, I do. I just don't wan't to be hurt if it isn't as good as I was hoping for...)
Interesting note: The banner for the Speedvision scheme still says Diablo3.com. Not saying that's bad, or that that's good. Just pointing that out, incase anyone is interested in fixing it in there spare time whenever.

I changed the background back to SpeedVision too
Likewise. The new one seems... Well if I won't state my feelings as I will be attacked for it...
First off, I have to offer Atrumentis a HUGE hand for his superb help in working on the redesign. I am a little disappointed that certain things were either missed by Umaro when transferring in the new design, or we didn't have time to do properly (namely the buttons - missed, and the banner - needs to be completed).
Secondly, I'd like to point out that, as was mentioned earlier, this is only a temporary layout. There will be a COMPLETELY NEW redesign coming down the road created by myself and Atru.
The current banner design is temporary and not created by myself. There is another better one coming.
I like the dark feel, it's more reminiscent of Diablo than the fairy look of the orange one. In any case, this isn't the real layout, apparently.
