Offline. Sometimes i don't want to play online, keep having randoms popping in "HEY BUY GOLD ETC" and it increases difficulties right when i'm in the thick of it. Plus what if internet is down?
I was gonna say local 4 co=op, but then you have to have 4 profiles to play together, and then you have randoms "I wanna play!" and ithey have no idea hwo to do anything and it just sucks.
I voted for the dodge function, it just adds a completely different way of playing the game and is a boon for classes that remain more stationary. Xbox please, good luck everyone!
I picked no AH because in the past on PC version of d3 I have spent as much as half my time on the AH searching for deals or selling items. I always wondered if that gg item would have been obtained if I had spent more time playing the game.
I chose the dodge just because it seems immensly practical. I would vote for an offline mode/single player mode but I've been alright with the online-only requirement as long as the game has been out, so I suppose I've gotten used to it now.
I would take either PS3 or Xbox 360, but would prefer 360 :).
I chose No Auction House, although there were a lot. I particularly enjoyed no Auction House along with Loot 1.5 because I didn't feel like I had to buy my characters best gear. Also, Diablo II didn't have an Auction House, and I didn't realize how much I enjoyed that no AH until Diablo III had one.
I voted for "direct control of character" because my gaming career started with console gaming. With direct control in D3 you lessen the difficulty of reaction time. More control means a more fun back-and-forth between you and the game. Getting fried because of indirect control is frustrating as hell. Pun intended.
Direct Control Over Your Character was my vote. Downloaded the demo for xbox360 and fell in love with D3 all over again. It felt like a brand new game even though I had run through those same zones thousands of times. The control system is amazing and makes it feel a little less like Diablo, but a little more like a solid RPG.
Hands down local co-op is where it's at. My girlfriend has an appreciation for gaming and would probably love to play this with me but she's just not into PC gaming.
