Monster Power Bonus Damage Reduced in Inferno
We posted earlier about an incoming nerf to all Monster Power damage from monsters. Here are the exact numbers by which monster damage will be nerfed and you can also check out the full post here for a more detailed explanation.
MP1: 109.60% (down from 114%)
MP2: 120.12% (down from 130%)
MP3: 131.65% (down from 148%)
MP4: 144.29% (down from 169%)
MP5: 158.14% (down from 193%)
MP6: 173.32% (down from 220%)
MP7: 189.96% (down from 250%)
MP8: 208.20% (down from 285%)
MP9: 228.18% (down from 325%)
MP10: 250.09% (down from 371%)
Rolling Restarts - 10/23/2012
There will be some rolling restarts tonight, that will apply the new Monster Power damage hotfixes.
We will be performing rolling restarts on Tuesday, October 23rd, beginning at 5:00 AM PDT. Downtime for each realm is expected to be minimal, and the entire process should take approximately 3 hours to complete.

Key Wardens Drop Rate
Some people have been wondering if it's bad luck or do some Key Wardens really have a worse drop rate for their keys. Well, it's just bad luck.
The Keywardens all have the same innate drop rates. So, as some players in this thread have already mentioned, the variation you're experiencing is due simply to the nature of RNG. The only MP strength in which the keys and organs are guaranteed to drop if you have a full five stacks of Nephalem Valor is MP10 (100% drop chance). Lylirra also posted a bit more about MP and keys here.
Infernal Machine Is For The Entire Party
For those who still aren't quite sure, the Infernal Machine does indeed open a portal for the entire party, as explained below by Grimiku.
In a party where someone creates a portal with the Infernal Machine, every party member can use that portal to help kill the uber bosses and they all have a chance at organ drops.
Dealing With Gold Spammers
Vaeflare explains below how Blizzard deals with gold spammers and assures players that every report is carefully observed and actions are constantly taken against this sort of annoyance.
We certainly understand that the activities of gold spammers can negatively impact everyone's gameplay experience. Rest assured, though, that even if we don't explicitly call it out, we're actively investigating and actioning gold-spammers on a regular basis.
The best thing you can do about gold spammers both in-game and on the forums is to report them so that the proper teams can investigate those reports. Doing so allows us to hone in on problematic players so that we can take appropriate action against offending accounts.
How do we actually know action is taken against gold spammers? We need some names and figures.
Would be better if the reports we reported reply us to say like "on this day you reported a gold spammer so today that account has been banned." Something like that would let us know we do make a difference.
While every now and then we will post about particularly hefty account suspension and bans, the actions we take on accounts around the clock aren't widely publicized.
As far as the actions taken against specific accounts or players, that's a private a matter to be dealt with between the account holder and Blizzard, no one else. We will not tell you if someone else's account has been suspended or banned. Keep in mind also that some gold spammers might actually be using compromised accounts, so we endevor to carefully investigate reports so that we can try to do right by legitimate players.

A book is coming out that follows Blizzard's history. It is being written by freelance writer David Craddock, and will be titled "Stay Awhile and Listen". The book follows his research on Blizzard's past products, including a lot of information on Diablo.

Umm...What??? I thought the entire point was to have challenge for those players who have godly gear. This is just stupid! Some casual little boy whines because he dies at MP10... nerf nerf.. so silly Blizz!

"Since the goal of this system isn’t to make the game ultra-hard, with each Monster Power level there's a heavy emphasis on increased monster health rather than monster damage. This is because, in general, it's more fun to find ways to maximize your damage than it is to be forced into taking every available form of damage mitigation."
There goal isn't to make the game uber hard. They want people to be able to kill things without the need to have defensive stats.

Remember though guys, its just a game and its going to be more casual for regular mode the true challenge is hardcore.
They should make MP11-15 to elite people !
I can tank MP7-8 very easly with my Tank DH right now, I will have no fun with this nerf. MP10 will be too easy.

That's my point, you don't have the DPS to do MP10 efficiently. It makes no difference in your case how much damage they do, you're not geared to farm it regardless. If you want to actually be able to do MP10, you need to add a lot more damage, which will force you to sacrifice some of that defense.
Looks like the damage reduction do not apply to the uber bosses. Can anyone confirm? It feels the uber bosses damage is the same for me (pre-hotfix v post-hotfix). I am just curious if anyone noticing the same or is it just me?
