the URT was hard deleted... we are suffering the consecuences... but please don't complain about it or the mods will send you to another dimension
Ah, that explains it. Thanks, Nacho. I wasn't complaining, just wondering. I'd hate to get sent to another dimension. I like it here. Unless of course, there's a lot of scotch there.

Anyway, thanks for giving more fuel to my Diablofans.com addiction. I guess this means I am officially the most active member? How exactly is activity calculated?
I agree that the bars need a more appealing aesthetic look. Maybe *cough*steal*cough the exp bars from Diablo.
I also think it would be cool if there was a list that you could look at under each award of people who have earned it in the past. You know, so when I stop being the most active users I can show my grand children that I once was. (If this does exist I can't find it).

I gotta give it up to you guys, you did a phenomenal job with this. It's perfect. I wouldn't add a thing (to how points are given). You guys thought of it all. Good job!

The system calculates the activity by taking the average post count/visitormessages/group discussion/Blog entries of the ten most active user and comparing it to own post count. This can be set to count only the last X days, f.e. 21 days.

As far as I know, that's no possible to do. And what fun would that be? You need to sweat a little to keep that title scyber
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
The system is perfect but, can we get a color change or something for those bars that stick out like sore thumbs?

Agreed. The bars are visible if you click on someone's name in their post-bit.
I don't think it also needs to be visible in the post-bit, itself. It messes with the aesthetic.
Oh wow, I didn't know it was visible under profile info like that. I think that if we just put our level on the actual profile instead of the bars it would be perfect since you can view the bars under profile info.

I have to say, -bars- is not fun to look at. Especially not these, I'd rather just have the numbers than bars, which tells me absolutely nothing. Its hard to compare from bars like that.
I also don't see what all this award and posting and "hey, be as active as possible in a ...forum" is about, but I don't particularly care. I don't see how that could push any average guy that comes by to post more, and I don't care because its meaningless no matter how you put it.
I think some people -really- have an addiction problem to Levels and XP.
ha ha I can't say I am the most active person around here that's for sure ! Nevertheless I like the system and I think that it will be good for the community. I don't get the :"points needed" thing I have to admit.

I have to agree with you on that one. Those bars are intrusive and mean nothing without numbers attached to them. I'm pretty sure that there is a way to reduce their size and make them less apparent. When I look at a message the thing I see first are those annoying bars. White on black is too much of a contrast to give a discrete interface. Also, I would prefer medals or a kind of significant symbol to go with the award that would really be cool.
personally, i dont like it. this new system makes the forum seem like a contest. attaching numbers and levels to a forum... i think it destroys the spirit by making people posting just for a "level up".
What are referrals? It gives quite a few points. And what does each bar mean?
I don't like the look of the bars though. Maybe they should end where the sexton/council member/hierophant image ends
I agree... they're not Diablo-ish looking....

I just noticed the feature to give points away. I also noticed the ranking shop which is disabled for now.
