You can always check who wrote something by clicking in the "history tab" at the top of every wiki page. This will bring up a list of all edits made to the article, followed by the name of the editor (or an IP number if the user making the edit was not logged in).
Here you can compare edits to each other, thus finding out who added what, although with articles that have a lot of edits that can be hard to do.

I think some information show on wiki are not confirmed by blizzard !!
Which articles are you talking about specifically?
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
Prerequisites: At least 10 points spent in the Storm Skill tree = it's not ok,
I think it's work with only the required level, each skill tree are a whole, not separate.
If I'm wrong please show me a link where it's said the truth.
I'm fairly sure it's been said at one point or another that it does in fact require you to spend a certain amount of point sin the skill before using it, but I don't know.

Damn, I'm so disappointed !! But he don't say clearly that you need to put 5 point /10 /15... only that the player now has to spend points to advance... And nothing said the points you have to put is unlock the same tree.
When you put 5 points in 1 tree you unlock second tier of all trees. (5 points because you have requirment of level 5) it's not mean you need to investing 5 points...
Yeah, it sounds like luc1027 is correct here... There is no point requirement... In order to reach the next tier, you only need the pre-requisites. Meaning, if there are 5 tiers, I only *need* to spend 5 skill points to get one skill in each tier, if there is only one pre-requisite.

It does seem as if this is the correct information. You need to spend 5,10,15 points in any tree before unlocking a new tier.

I'll see if I can find a confirmation on that.

Level 1: Spend 1 point in Fire Blast.
Level 2: Spend nothing.
Level 3: Spend nothing.
Level 4: Spend nothing.
Level 5: Spend nothing.
Level 6: Spend 1 point in next tier.

That's correct, but I also do not need to spend the points to gain the skill, therefore spending X points is not a pre-requisite.
A better example may be:
Level 1: Spend 1 point in Fire Blast.
Level 2: Spend 1 point Claw Mastery.
Level 3: Spend 1 point Tiger Strike.
Level 4: Spend 1 point Psychic Hammer.
Level 5: Spend 1 point Dragon Talon.
Level 6: Spend 1 point in next tier of traps, say on Shock Web.
Spending 5 points in Traps is not required.
