There may be other skills like this, but Conviction is the only one I can think of.
Conviction caps at -150% for resistances (lvl 25) no matter how many extra points you add. I don't remember if the same holds true for the defensive reduction as well, that one might continue.

Well, I don't know that there's specifically a cap on the defense reduction, but you cant really reduce a monster's defense lower than 100%. There's no negative defense.

Conviction: No cap on defense, that keeps going down (albeit marginally).
Thorns: No cap.
Also, Lower Resist caps out at -70%.
That's true, but that cap is broken at lvl 89
Both should be changed though of course.
