So I went and tried the skill calculator to create a Bonemancer. But then i saw that the damage for Bone Spirit had a + in front. After a long and winding road I'm going to nitpick pretty much every little detail!

I could give you the skills database structure, that will be the biggest part of the job I guess, unless there are some major changes in how the trees work.

There isn't anything mindblowing, but many skills are rearranged location wise so you will have to change the treemap, descriptions changed on almost all of them, synergies. Perhaps some other details that I'm not aware of...

Yes not a big deal, my system is flexible and I won't have to redo the treemaps. I'll need a new image of every tree and the skills description but it will be easy to add.
I can put all the information on the ES Wiki skill pages. Will screenshots from the game be good enough from a player 1 character.
I also have information on the elemental damage that each Vampire(Necro Mages) does so we can add that here. I will likely need to test if the summon +all skills works on the mages. It likely will only take the mage to skill level 100.

Regular D2 that is the limit due to that is how high a character can get.
Mods that have higher max character levels can reach higher. The max I ever got was about 500 on Zy-El mod. I think the Max on Zy-El is 999.
Bleh. The current calc is only supporting D2 itself, Mod calc's are being considered for the future.

There are differences in the trees some skills move and new skills.
Zy El has no difference. The problem no access to the progression of skills so it may take longer. I can ask the mod maker but he is not that active.
