Why doesn't it make sense? Making a build on here for every class for every difficulty, depending on some items you have, then linking them on your clan forum, is not bad. And yes, it is needed, since there are seasons. Every so often, you restart without gear, and with changed skills and items. So an efficient T1 build with low gear requirement is a good thing.
