Around what level can I expect to hit Diablo on a new character playing on Expert? I haven't leveled a new character in the new difficulties, so I am not sure if I will be 60 or lower.
I'm curious because I was wondering how the guaranteed legendary drops work for Diablo. I know all main act bosses now drop legendaries upon first kill, but does the legendary that drops on 60 only apply to killing him after a quest reset?
Should I wait to kill Diablo at 60?
