We are aware of some issues that are currently affecting the
Battl;e.net realms and are working on a resolution. We do not currently have an
ETA for when these issues will be resolved. I apologize for any
inconvenience this may have caused.
The "Failed to Join Game" error can be caused by few different things.
First, if a Ladder character tries to join a game created by a
Non-Ladder character, they will get the error: "Unable to Enter Game" or
"Failed to Join Game".
This error may also be caused by firewalls and other background network
applications (such as popup blockers). Try disabling any firewalls or
other applications you have running to see if the problem is resolved.
If you are still receiving this error then you may need to configure
your firewall to work with the game or remove it completely. We have
limited information available about firewalls at
("http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=msi0445p").
Also, this error may just be a temporary connection problem resulting
from a recent disconnection from Battle.net. You may want to create a
new character and see if the problem exists with all of your characters
or only with one character.
If the problem continues, please reply with the following information
so that we may investigate further.
* Realm: (e.g. USWest, USEast, Europe, Asia1, Asia2, Asia3)
* Character Name: (If you cannot remember your character name(s), you
can find them in the DiabloII\Save\ folder on your hard drive.)
* Account Name:
* Problem: (A short description of your problem and how long it has
been happening - be sure to mention if the problem exists on all of your
characters or just one character.)
If you need further assistance with this or another issue please feel
free to email me back directly. If you reply, please include all
previous text and files related to this e-mail.

If you ever meet a hafling and a hungry dragon you dont have to outrun the dragon, you only have to outrun the hafling.
