Imagine Blizz making it so you got all the skills but each one has a cooldown and you jsut gota do each one and wait for the others to be ready... that would suck...lol

Then maybe add a cooldown for the stronger spells, and while you are waiting for the cd, you cast weaker spells...
The reason i keep mentioning the difference between strong and weak spells is the simple reason that i think the Wizard shouldn't be able to spam the same spell over and over again, all the time. Like in D2... I want more diversity you know.

Complicating the Wizard's energy system is not something we are looking for...
I think they will steal my idea of casting a few weak spells so you can cast a strong spell...
Like... Tik - Tik - Tik - BOOM xD
Anyway, i think that its most likely that the wizard will have some kind of a system that is close to what you are talking about.
A right / good combination of spells makes them shoot faster, allowing players to be more creative and make the wizard less boring... etc...
