Also if the monk is unable to use swords, axes, polarms, spears, bows, or any other items, allow the monk to have spiritual weapons that are formed through his essence of holy power. allowing him to use a holy glowing sword made of energy.
The monk needs a super powerful Bruce lee kick,the ability to disappear for a short period of time, a judo throw that allows you to throw an enemy into a pile of enemies, many different kinds of punches, kicks, and have the ability to disarm opponents.
Mirror Of The Holy - the monk has the ability to meditate and have his spirit come outside of his body. with the ability to roam around and attack monster with just his spirit.
How about the monk has the Ability of the Wild, where the monk can fight in the form of animal styles. Adding attack bonuses, combo points and maybe even stun. Last but not least the ability to finish a monster by jumping on to him like a monkey....grabbing a limb and jump pulled it off. tearing the monsters arm off along with its weapon. Move has the ability to jump onto more creatures with extra combo points.
If blizzard is combining the paladin and assassin into the monk, should the monk have some sort of holy shrine traps or totems that send out a holy pulse damaging all nearby opponents with holy damage and a debuff.
Also if the monk had a meditation skill where for short period of time he sat cross leged, folded his hands and heals himself for a large sum or buffs himself making him faster stronger and have stone like skin
Or a move that consectivly counters attacks with an amplified attack combineing your attack and the npcs. almost like a counter punch or kick to everyone who is attacking you.
How about a move that disarms you opponent for a period of time.
ANNDD a cripling limb attack that slows spells and meele attacks by half
last but not least the monks should have a skill optional labeled adaptable or something alows the monk to adapt to any other characters wepon weher it be two swords,a bow,an axe, a staff, a polarm, a pike, and use their wepons or even allow them to have no limitation on armor and helemets.
one more thing i want to add. hopefully the classes are evened out so when pvp comes around the warrior won't own the meele class and force the monk to become his you know what,
