You're supposed to post a picture of yourself, really.

So, without further adeu,
I must have been pretty bored:
I make the rules here!
Well, not really, but those are the rules.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
Actually, there's a lot of research indicating that training doesn't cause any weight-loss (it's offset by the increased need for energy, which makes you eat more), despite what fitness trainers, physicians or dietists for that matter.
Id wager it's either because of your age and growth, or you changed you diet without really thinking about it.
Well, I did lose around 10-15 pounds around that time, which by the way was in Poland (less heavy food there). Earlier on though, I lost most my weight in America, so I'm not really sure. Most probably the age, but really? You don't lose weight from running or hiking?

*btw krow how the hell did you loose so much weight?
Probably my age, you just start growing differently, and when you combine that with hiking up to 25 miles a day for a few weeks, it's hard not to lose weight. Earlier on I had began to run, so I lost like 20 lbs from that (and thank God I started to run, the mile would have been hell for me).

Are you sure those were just for a couple of parties Elfen?
Anyway, this is perhaps the first picture of me that doesn't include a disfigured face or strange expression, lol. I have a tendency to make constipated faces on photos. So yeah, the first one is my normal picture, and the second is me completely fooling around.
