Man I just realized insomnia ruins all of those...
-Stay hydrated all day (esp before you sleep and after you wake up)
-Don't eat and immediately go to sleep, give yourself at least a couple hours to digest
-Get more sleep
-Refrain from drug and alcohol use shortly before bed
-My mouth is dry from my medication all the time, I imagine my body probably is too I should drink more water.
-My insomnia medication and other meds make me hungry so I can't resist late night snacking.
It is really important to drink water before you eat in the morning. And drink water slowly, and give it a minute before you eat anything or drink anythign else. Never drink anything else but water as the first thing you drink.
So how do you feel in the mornings? Are you a morning person or do you feel like shit? Post a picture to help explain if you want.
I always feel like crap in the morning, I get very little sleep and feel like I've been run over by a truck. This is my attempt at TRYING to be a morning person.

This actually works really well for about 2 nights, then I have to let my body drop it's guard again for a week or two.
*glances at lotion* Check.
I always use the exercise bike then shower and lotion up.... Yeah that's what it's for.

-Can't sleep. Insomnia. Meds aren't working.
-Take prescribed medication, majority before bed.
