Great post there Siaynoq. While I'm staying off topic in saying this, I have to say that I liked Artanis, even though he was kind of, well, stupid in listening to Kerrigan. He just seemed to be the young, naive warrior who, as Dax from Star Wars said "[Felt] like [he] could take on the whole Empire myself".
Ultimately, this attitude lead to problems.
They don't really care about it at this point, so either they'll forget about it later on, until they come to the point where they'll say "You know what? Screw this.", or they've already chosen to screw it all together.
Hate to sound pessimistic, but I'm pretty shure they're already passed the "Screw this," stage and more onto the "Never think about Starcraft Ghost again" stage.
hello when i bought diablo 2 expansion yesterday inside the box theres a game catolog and on the first page it says in big writing''COMING SOON,starcraft ghost to playstation 2,computer entertainment system and X box video game system'' just thought i would let u no.:)
and theres some pics on it and its in 3d.
Thats obviously a little old. Playstation 2? Xbox? Seriously, if they were going to pick it up again they would tailor it to the newer consoles.
Yah, well if they made Nova as unique a character as Kerrigan used to be (before infestation), intelligent, normalish human, interesting, changed the look of her face to be a little more exotic (like I thought she used to be... she's supposed to be 'natural' too, for god sakes) and not like that of some labotomy and plastic surgery, etc. with the inclusion of a backstory not written by Decandido, and a plot as well layed out as the original StarCraft happened to be, then they'd have succeeded (at least with the female protagonist). Don't know what's gone wrong with Blizz. I guess they didn't get the 'hang' of it after all these years. Perhaps their 'fresh youngster' employees are screwing them over. Perhaps they didn't even try.
Very nice first post! Pretty much agree on all points.
But I agree with Siaynoq to a certain degree. The Ghosts weren't sex symbols, they were assassins and sabateurs, and while its true that sex sells, that shot is a little ridiculous. Who would want to fight Zerg while they have a wedgie?

But yeah, agree on pretty much everything else.

I hope this can be proved false, but meh.
I'd be more excited for D3 or Sc2 anyway.

I'd rather not!
