the 256meg should be good then....I only got the 128 because I a a poor bastard. And yeah 8K is a lot but he bought it 3 years ago and back then it was a really good comp, still is actually.
hehe i just bought one a few months back, amd 64 3.4ghz 512 ram working on it, ati 9550 video card
Not bad, I bought myself a 9550 for my pc and it kept shitting itself because there are no drivers for it except the one it comes with. They do the job though, 128 or 256mb?
I was told that I couldn't upgrade my laptops video card but I think that the dude at the comp shop didnt want to upgrade it for me because I would have got him to put in an x1400 or I would have smashed his face in.....
My mates dad has a laptop that he paid 8K for about 2-3 years ago and it has 3 ghz, 80gb HDD, 1gig of ram and a 'Fire GL 2' Graphics Card or something. Which I don't think was an inbuilt somehow because it runs older games like deus ex and UT at about 8x the normal speed and at around 400 fps, which aint fair because my laptop i just bought doesn't have half that capability.
So to put in short you must be able to upgrade your video card because it just wouldn't be worth buing a laptop otherwise
I just had to get my laptop replaced because the cd drive was rooted. It was the second time I had to take it back and I was so pissed off I nearly stabbed the dude who was servin me.
So he gave me a different brand and some free upgrades.....never go to Arrow Computers

You should build up heaps of speed and then keep setting off the speeding cameras on the road. That would piss 'em right off!
