the way it worked in d2 way you couldnt pk or get pked until you got to lvl 9, the if you wanted to pk someone you would click on the hostile option in the party screen, this is fine if you want to pk or get pked, but not when you finally turn lvl 9 only to have some totally hacked as lvl 99 guy go hostile and kill you. the checkbox, would stop this, by being kinda like the checkbox in the trade screen, both sides need to agree to it.
