I don't know if you can change it, but I think there is a lot of work that could be done to make this website more visually pleasing.
I hear what you say, and I agree with you. The wiki looks, as of now, quite bland and dull. Improvements are being worked on though, rest assured. But feedback is always appreciated, and suggestions

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
