Well, I honestly like the way that the table is ended with one area which shows the combined additional benefits of the whole set. Visually, that makes sense to me. It's essentially the same as at the Arreat Summit where it's displayed in one, comprehensive column to the right of the set items instead of it's own row below it.
All in all, I personally like it because it achieves the same affect but it's something new and, like Phrozen said, there's less scrolling. It does lend a bit to more screen clutter at once, but I'd think anyone utilizing a Diablo Wiki would probably be familiar with how items work and wouldn't be confused too terribly by it. I think
Besides, it's all formatted with the in-game colors against a black-ish background, so it's not like it's unclear. It's also physically structured well, I think, despite the ton of information present all at once.
I'm not entirely sure how different sets will be in Diablo III, although I do believe that they were in some vague and logical form confirmed. In this case, is it specified that this template is strictly for Diablo II? With skill pages and other things I've been helping with I've been specifically dictating that the version viewed is Diablo II via the title to keep confusion about whether it's in reference to a Diablo III (or I) skill out of the question (and it also keeps the First Normal Form, non-repeating data, from occurring as easily).
So, I guess what I'm saying is, I think it would be a good idea to incorporate in to the template blatantly that it's both for Diablo II/ LoD only and that any pages created with it should specify that they're Diablo II pages, perhaps most logically in the page title.
I just can see a big issue down the road when we get another Tal Rasha set or Heart of the Zakarum Gilded Shield in Diablo III and then have to go back to a bunch of pages and templates and reformat them so that they don't interlope with Diablo III stuff.

Unless it's already been accounted for
