Ebony pencils, whatever strength you would choose... they give the widest range of shade out of any pencils (at reasonable prices) that I've tried.
Also a kneaded eraser is a must: you can shape it, it's always clean, it doesn't leave shavings, it can erase totaly, do highlights, or shade.
I'll start working on a few sketches. My job is a color matcher in a factory but I went to college for portraitry :-D (Don't go into it, even if your good and work all year round 8 hours a day you can't make a living, wait 'til you retire or have a wealthy spouse. If you wanna make money become a potter and move to North Carolina.)
Don't know how well I draw still lifes/fantasy still lifes, but I will try to get a few angelic/demonic weapons.
Also I think we should post pics of real life fan made weapons / fantasy weapons that might be modeled in the game. There are millions out there, maybe a Blizz designer will take a look and get an idea one day? It'd be kewl to see the weapon you post show up in game... then you can lay claim here on the site and brag. That is if you find time to get off Diablo and on the internet.
