the words along the boxing actually read "Malum Superest", which translate to "evil returns"
regardless of the exact wording that doesnt stop me being any less right. the fact is there has a latin phrase along the edge of the box, 2 out of 3 times.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.

-firstly, the "3" should be "III" as that is standard Blizzard Sequel practice.
-secondly, the "III" i think would be behind the "Diablo" as that is standard Blizzard Sequel practice.
-thirdly, Diablo cannot have a soulstone in his head you destroyed it
-fourthly, any diablo game that came out after Diablo I, has a small band running around the edge with the latin phrase "MALUM SUPERESU" which translate to Prime Evil, repeatedly written on it
-fifthly, in regards to the Diablo series the BLizzard Logo is read, its gold for Warcraft.
-sixthly, The blizzard logo in regards to the Diablo series is typically position at either the centre of the top, or the centre of the bottom, not a corner.
thats about all i can think of right now.
