I think it would be interesting if they put in some achievements that wont unlock if you use an RMAH item. Let's say an achievement for killing Diablo on Inferno, for instance.
Items can't be flagged from where they got obtained. Do it on HC, problem solved.
Items are flagged where they got obtained from...they already stated this will help them prevent hacking/duping of items. Further there is no RMAH for hardcore...
i swear people need to read up...or listen up... or watch up... depending on the source
I believe Drachar knows there is RMAH on HC, hence his comment.

But it makes no difference to me. I love RMAH. I'm never going to use it, I prefer finding my own items and trading it between characters. But I still think it's a great concept.
It (RMAH) is a great idea because it provides Blizzard continual income, and incentive to keep the game fair without the need for a subscription, which i wouldn't want to pay. I won't use it, and I won't feel cheated if someone who does is able to kill demons 5% faster than me. PvP will just be for funzies for me. Should RMAH items be tagged? Maybe. Can they be? Definately. Will they be? Only Blizzard knows.

Well, why not? I don't think its impossible for Blizzard to add in extra coding on items that tags them when they get sold on RMAH. You're acting like it can't be done.
Impossible? Not really, but consider the amount of coding and data storage involved by having every single copy of each item in D3 having a tracking ID to make your idea possible and "can't be done" comes rather close.
Didn't every item in D2 have some unique code, which was how they identified if it was duped or not. Sure, the system was eventually beaten. But keeping a unique ID for every item was their intention back then already. I am sure they could do it now.

edit: I accidently put unlocked. Let me make it clear, I would never get this.
