So when can we expect the downtime and for how long will it last?
The web side of the down time may not even be noticed. The DNS will be changed and the old server will continue to server until it fully drops out of DNS.
Well, I've had it on the auto-refreshing online user list for the last five or so hours while I've been working on something, and every time I've checked back it seems to be peachy. Active connections looks like it was halved.
BUUT~
It may just be the time. I'll check back later today
My phone has not alerted me to any down time for a while! I finally slept decently. As well the server load is consistently low.
Are we getting the asylum I was referring to this morning? ;).
Mainly the server software will be changed over to nginx.
For changing over to IPS I know the Blizzard Tracker is already made so that can be ported over. The skill calculator could take time and delay the conversion or just have to be missing for a few days while it is ported.
Sorry to every one about the site slowness over the past two days. Diablo Fans is out growing its hardware and will be getting an upgrade by the end of next week.

Yeah, it does further help to prove my case to the bosses that we need to wipe and reformat that server to the latest Ubuntu.
Mmm, I see what you mean with the gems.
Well, I actually plan not to fix this for a completely different reason. > *Pets cat with evil intentions.*
I was able to add reputation to your post. Where are you seeing an issue?
All the files are uploaded.
Working on uploading a version of vB I custom edited to remove those issues.
Can you try this again? I changed some settings.
The site will remain active on the old server for one day to allow DNS to catch up every where.
