Are you aware that that is actually a fundamental modding rule, and it is present on this forum, even in that simplified list of rules, that you are not allowed to discuss, doubt, or assume about moderators and their actions in outside threads?

Because obviously equinox is a delicate person and cannot handle this kind of battering...
Because obviously you know nothing about me.

I like that one, but sometimes people aren't willing to put aside differences and that is why conflict exists.

Chick banned me for telling her she shouldnt of moved the patch discussion about hostiality
You were flaming people, I deleted your flaming and asked people to stop going offtopic. Then, you started going offtopic again. I decided to extract that offtopic and move it where it belongs. Then, you started going offtopic again in that thread, saying I shouldn't have moved it, and you also flamed a couple more people in the other thread. I could keep deleting but you wouldn't stop. When people blatantly don't stop they get banned.

You never really give an appropriate reason though.
Let me correct that. I never give a reason YOU find appropriate.

In my opinion this site needs a whole rework of it's mods.
Won't happen.

You give them warnings and if they persist you take it up with other moderators and see what the best choice of action to take should be.
This is very ignorant of you to write since you have no idea what is going on in the moderator forum, and if we discuss or not discuss bans of different individuals is not something you cannot be aware of. Also, I have been sending plenty of PM's. If I get a "I am not doing anything wrong!" or "I think this rule is stupid." PM in return there is little more I can do about that person if they continue breaking rules. Fortunately, most people on here are mature enough to cool down after such a PM instead of trying to make a public fuss out of it.
That is the problem with some people on this forum, they want to be informed of each and every little detail of somebody's ban, and they think that somebody is some kind of saint who cannot be banned just because they are a friend of his.
Your (peoples') other problem is that you only think your opinion is right, and, at the same time, you were not elected to decide which opinion is right, and when my gray lines step over yours you think my gray lines are wrong, but, I can tell you this - only the admin himself knows which gray lines work on this forum, because it has always been, and always will be, a purely subjective thing. I am physically unable to satisfy all of you. If I moderate to strictly I get uproars from one group, I moderate too soft, some other members beging PM'ing me and say they are disappointed in how easy I am on people. They just don't come out screaming because they have more sense than you. Therefore, I have to make a certain choice about how I moderate, and I base that choice on the maturity of the people behind me. Should it be my decision? Not really. It should be the admin's decision. The admin, however, is not here. Then, it could be Elfen's decision. Elfen accepts all I do. Siaynoq missed my old ways. I don't see how I am at a wrong here as far as authority goes, except that there will always be people who disagree, that is inevitable. And, if you cannot stand me, if you cannot adapt to a more mature and thoughtful way of writing, if you want brawls and flame as you have posted you do, there are tons upon tons of forums based on brawling, a lot more than forums for mature discussions, mind you.
Arguing against me will change absolutely nothing unless you actually put forward something more coherent and serious than "I think you are wrong". I accept constructive criticism, not a "You are a horrible-horrible person and you do not deserve to be in this world." (c) Carloseus, paraphrased.

Backstreet boys is not gay music. It's just music of a low standard. Plenty of teens listen to it.
