You dragged this thread for too long, Elfen. I'm pretty sure Thasador will win vote-wise, anyway.
if the 2 other mods were here they could have closed it why do i have to do everything, but yeh i guess ill do it now.
-Sianoq
-Thasdor
-Equniox should they be unable to do it.
now where is Umaro at?

you are the back up so wouldnt that make Thasador the other mod?

I suppose but ill let this thread continue for a bit longer, maybe one of you will pass the other and thus a new poll will not be needed.

i dont think an actual fight to the death is necessary.

i think he might have been referring to Join Date.
if you think of your time here as well a life, they further back your join date the older you are.
other than that i dont really know what he is talking about 26 isnt that old in my book.

I read we can vote 3 times or so, can we vote for the same person twice?
you can only vote once, but you may choose up to 3 people with that vote, and no you cannot vote for the same person more than once. so with your one vote you either vote for a single person, two people or three people.

there, after discussing it with Chaos Dragon, i think that should clear up the issue of my inclusion on the list.

It seems the time has once again come to expand the ranks of the moderator posistion.
this thread is for you to post who you think would be suitable for the job, while the final decision comes down to Umaro (and the other admins), this will give some indication of who we all think is right or prehaps deseving of the job.
I do understand that such a thread canm and in all likeihood will cause some hostility and heated debates, but if we can try and keep the spam i nthis thread to a minimum. i just want to be able to quickly read through this thread and see who voted for who. I not looking to read page after page of spam and debates, we have enough threads for that.
in my personal oppinion id be tempted to go with someone like PhrozenDragon, Sianoq or Equinox, their contributions here do not go un-noticed, and they actively take part in, and as often as the can, try to control (in a good way) debates when they get out of hand, as they often do.
i would make it a poll with the most popular choices from the other thread, but should a new nominee appear i'd hate to have to edit the poll, so i think ill make it a in-post poll, with the nominee's name followed by how many votes they have, like so;
you may submit up to 3 people, the next person either adds to the number of votes or submits someone else. Oh and dont nominate for yourself.
for any of you who about to say why did you submit more than 3, i took the names from the old thread.
just thought i would throw this up to.
Mod qualities - Knowledge of games (specifically the Diablo series) - Active (as much as you can) - Original/creative - Respectful - Good Grammar - Experience with moderating forums (Ex: Knows how to handle flame wars and what to edit out) - Skills in Photoshop, html, php, css, etc. a plus
and yes I know i'm slipping in a few of these, (esp. activeness, dont remind me, your not helping), but its not like there is anything I can really do about it, except for finding new mods i suppose.
