Indeed, I've read that as well. Their measurement systems aren't to scale. They just use a familiar scale name. It'd be really hard to implement a real scale system and then measure everything in the game by it and build stuff by it.

After 'Reaper of Souls' was announced on Wednesday, the developers gave a bunch of interviews to various medias, YouTubers and streamers.
