There is a gernan youtuber which looked at ptr data and while ptr was still running, most classes had the best seasonal chars at 110 to 120 rifts, while many barbs had 130+ (was 133). I dont think anyone pushed on ptr so it was pretty safe that barb is clearly ahead on ptr (though probably not 10 to 15 levels like on ptr). He also said that the barb is clearly too strong from playing himself. Ptr barb after the nerfs to necro/wiz probably was 5 to 15 levels higher than other top specs.
I havent seen any numbers or ptr data indicating anything else.
Guys after the buffs to rend from the setbonus and the nerfs to bazooka and necro thorns, they would have created another abonination 5-10rifts higher than the BEST performing builds of most classes.
From PTR feedback rend was much too high and started to easily clear 130+ rifts without any issue (and was alresdy beating 140+ rifts on ptr).
The rend buffs via set bonus are still huge and barb is still considered the best starter build. About high end rifts: we will see how far you can push.
