Micro transactions are just a part of gaming now. Plain and simple. There’s no point in arguing it away because it’s how companies make a lot of continued income from the games they release, and it also gives them the income to continue to add new content to a game instead of just abandoning it to work on the next version or another game entirely.
As long as it’s only cosmetic and people can’t buy ‘power’, no one should have a problem with it, because it doesn’t effect your gameplay at all.
if the micro transactions are cosmetic and these cosmetics are NOT gear skins, a good example being: a "back piece" set of wings like in guild wars 2 OR aura effects OR better mount skins
then I would be happy camper
Why would them being “gear skins” matter? Because you don’t want someone to look ‘cooler’ than you in the same gear? lol
