Unfortunately this has happened before. I think for some reason the transition to the new patch didn't go without any issues. Yes, posting the items that are wrong or missing will help the developers to address those issues in the upcoming working week.
@nichopops: Usually this is because a build is marked as spam, but not in your case. I don't see a build on your account at all, so it seems as if it never registered. Maybe just try to create a new build and edit the changes in later, to see if there's a general issue. Again, this might just have to do with the patch transition, which the developers will probably look into fixing this week. A bit unfortunate that the Diablo patch hit so close to the season and to the weekend... not much we can do about that. Blizzard just creates tons of issues for themselves and the community by releasing a patch immediately before season start, I don't know why they keep doing that
