Ok. All this was on live servers EU, for several last days, in different times so I am positive it is not some lag. Tried couple of different things and result is pretty much the same. I used several different potions, solo grift 79 and 80, used hellfire amulet with animosity passive and other one with berserker rage. When I drop under 5% of HP or so, I press potion button to heal myself. Potion heals me as intended but after maybe one second I am dead. It doesn't matter if I use animosity on amulet or as skill passive, I die 10/10 times. I tried to see if some mob types are related to this problem, but it would seem no particular ones are related to it. Everything was killing me this way, from dust eaters to horned chargers, even if I survive their initial charge. I am not new to this build, I used to play it for over 400h in this season and only last few days I had this issue. And I was using that animosity amulet for more than a month, caldesanned it few times with no problem... I haven't posted anything on official forums yet since I am not sure if anyone else had similar problems.

I have encountered a strange thing, that might be a bug. When I use potion to heal myself while under effect of Animosity, I instantly die. Sometimes it takes maybe half a second but result is the same. It doesn't matter if mobs are attacking me or are far away, it is really weird.
I didn't have any major lag spikes today, and played at several different times, even in 5 AM CET when EU servers should be pretty much empty.
I use MotE leab barb with standard legendary gems as bane of stricken, bane of trapped and esoteric alteration. Before last server maintenance I didn't experience anything similar. Is anything changed or can that be some lag?
