When are people going to learn that monthly fees won't keep the kids out . What we can do though is go policing asking for peoples ages, then have fun hitting the Ban Button.
Monthly Fees split the player base and cause many arguments among subscribers and Non-Subscribers, it's not a MMO, so why the hell would you stick a monthly fee on it, Hellgate London already tried the monthly fee model and it failed miserably and now their closing. If anyone has enough brains in Blizzard, and I'm sure they do, they will not add a monthly fee, and laugh hysterically at the people that are asking for one, and point them off to WoW. Flowers in the sky. Potatoes with Water.

Yeah but you have to be 17+ to buy a M rated game... so if you buy a M rated game for your 14 year old (or younger) kid and not look at what it is... you kind of fail.
And that's been happening tons I'm sure
You'll be shooting yourself in the Foot. Flagship Studios already tried the monthly fee for a hack n slash " Hellgate:London ", It did not work out to well, it caused tons and tons of arguments among Subscribers and Non-Subscribers prior to release. FSS ended up giving half of the Subscriber features to Non-Subscribers due to major technical problems with the subscription model having to do with transitions between the credit card payer and destination. Months Later FSS has not been able to keep up with their content they said they would and frequenty another thread pops up with angered Subscribers posting in the Forums. A monthly fee for a Hack N Slash is quite funny, and will just cause Rucus.

94% of parents probably don't give a shit what their kids are playing honestly, Sad indeed, but true.
