Oh yes they would. In fact, work on TBC began right after release of WoW, so it is possible, and likely, that the same thing is happening right now. And this is likely becase Blizzard has a team of about 100 people whose only job was to work on TBC. I don't think they-re going to let go of all that personell when they obviously are going to release a new expansion in the ear future.
However, I do not think that expansion is in the category of the two unannounced projects.

Well, this is just like everything else we know. As he says, there's stiring, but nothing definite. And we already know that.
But nontheless, the indications can be piled mountainhigh by now, and this builds it up even more.
