For experience, sometimes some people in the East Coast may see changes on DNS under 24 hours, while people elsewhere would take 2-3 days before seeing a DNS change. It depends where the domain name server is located at in the globe.
I am not confirming the diablo3.com domain name has already being redirected. I haven't talked with Mockery for the past 2-3 weeks. So I don't know further updates.
I am simply explaining -- if it indeed has been done -- why some people sees the DNS change while others don't.
Sorry, I'm not good with how servers work at all..So from what you said, it is possible that what is happening could be Blizzard attempting to redirect the website? If so, how long till we would all see it, on average?
Chea man, nuff is sanuff you know? Chea.
Killin my buzzz man.
Reading this got me just thinking now, if Diablo 3 is announced, we will all be saying
"Well geese, look at the hints they dropped, I mean they acquired Diablo3.com! How much more obvious can you get!?"
And if it is not announced.. "Told you guys, Blizzard aquires domain names all the time, I wasn't even expecting Diablo to be announced."
